Dr. Cecilia Sorelle is a caring and diligent dentist serving the community of Seminole, FL. Dr. Sorelle earned her dental degree from New York University and also holds her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. She has obtained one year of advanced training in oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics and pedodontics. Dr. Sorelle is certified in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
Whilst serving in the Navy and attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander, she received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and the Humanitarian Service Medal. She regularly volunteers her time to the underprivileged both domestically and abroad.

Dr. Harkins graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1986 and moved to Florida in 1989. After working for a short time with Sun Coast Dental, Dr. Harkins opened his first practice (Harkins Dental of Largo) in 1990. He then opened his second practice (Harkins Dental of East Lake) in 2005. Dr. Harkins joined Dental Arts in 2020 to focus more on the clinical aspects of dentistry (as opposed to management) for which there is an enduring passion. Dr. Harkins has taken extensive additional training and performs a wide array of dental procedures, though he especially loves orthodontics (braces).
Dr. Harkins has resided in Pinellas County for 31 years and enjoys biking, fishing, and pottery. He is devoted to his Church, Country, and family. He has been married to his lovely wife, Nancy, for 32 years and has 3 wonderful children, Shea, Patrick, and Abigail.
